Building Architexture
True beauty often lies in the mastery of complexity—the intersection of technical rigour, material wisdom, and creative intuition. Inspired by the soaring intricate geometries of Gothic architecture, this series was born from a desire to achieve the impossible at a miniature scale. When traditional woodgrain proved too volatile for such delicate filigree, I turned to a high-density cellulose composite. This compliant yet resilient medium allows for the execution of lace-like detail that timber simply cannot sustain, bridging the gap between ecological integrity and structural defiance.
A tribute to the ethereal detail of the Gothic era, this collection utilizes a sophisticated lamination process to achieve its signature filigree. By layering and bonding sustainable cellulose composite, a substrate capable of maintaining structural integrity at a fraction of a millimetre is achieved.
Each face is meticulously constructed from four laminated layers, then sealed, primed, and finished to a flawless architectural luster. The result is a vessel that possesses the weight of tradition and the precision of modern engineering.

This most generous round box measures approximately 21cm in diameter and 8cm high, providing an architectural home for your beloved items. Whether it’s used as an angelic jewellery box, a fairy-tale hide away, or a dark academia desk organizer, it brings a sense of drama to any space.
Inside, you’ll find the signature cork lining with potential for cork dividers. These are designed to be as flexible as your life; they can be easily moved or removed entirely, allowing the internal space to evolve alongside your collection.

Is the collection Limited Edition?
No. The gothic collection will continue to be produced as long as there is a demand. The year of production can be found on the base of the box.
What materials are used in the series?
A combination of traditional and non-traditional materials has been used to create this stunning textured result. The decorative outside is constructed from a laminated high-density cellulose composite.
How are the boxes finished?
These boxes are finished with a multi-stage sealing, priming and painting process. There are four available finishes; Grimm, Stone, Gloss White and Gloss Black.
How should I look after my box?
